利用規約

第1条（適用）

本規約は、東條弘嗣（以下、「作者」といいます）が提供するスマートフォン向けアプリケーション（以下、「本アプリ」といいます）の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーは、本アプリを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

第2条（利用許諾および著作権）

  1. 作者は、ユーザーに対し、本アプリの非独占的な利用を許諾します。
  2. 本アプリに関する著作権、知的財産権その他一切の権利は、作者または正当な権利を有する第三者に帰属します。

第3条（禁止事項）

ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

  • 本アプリの解析、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル、リバースエンジニアリング
  • 作者または第三者の知的財産権を侵害する行為
  • 不具合を意図的に利用する行為
  • その他、作者が不適切と判断する行為

第4条（免責事項）

  1. 作者は、本アプリの正確性、完全性、動作保証、特定目的への適合性について一切保証しません。
  2. 本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、作者は一切の責任を負いません。
  3. 作者は、予告なく本アプリの仕様変更、アップデート、配信停止を行う場合があります。

第5条（プライバシー）

ユーザーの個人情報の取り扱いについては、別途定める「プライバシーポリシー」に従います。

第6条（規約の変更）

作者は、ユーザーの承諾なく本規約を変更できるものとします。変更後の規約は、本アプリ内または指定場所に掲示した時点で効力を生じます。

第7条（準拠法・裁判管轄）

本規約は日本法に準拠し、紛争が生じた場合は作者所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。

Terms of Service

Article 1 (Applicability)

These Terms set forth the conditions for using the smartphone applications (the “App”) provided by Hirotsugu Tojo (the “Developer”). By using the App, users agree to these Terms.

Article 2 (License and Copyright)

  1. The Developer grants users a non-exclusive license to use the App.
  2. All copyrights and intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Developer or legitimate third-party rights holders.

Article 3 (Prohibited Matters)

Users shall not engage in:

  • Analyzing, decompiling, disassembling, or reverse engineering the App
  • Infringing intellectual property rights
  • Intentionally exploiting bugs
  • Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Developer

Article 4 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Developer makes no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
  2. The Developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.
  3. The Developer may change specifications or suspend distribution without notice.

Article 5 (Privacy)

Personal information is handled in accordance with the separately established Privacy Policy.

Article 6 (Changes to the Terms)

The Developer may modify these Terms without user consent. Modified Terms become effective once posted.

Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court governing the Developer’s location.
